Founded in 1977 by T R Vasudevan Pillai, the Parthasarathy Group began its journey in Kozhencherry, a small town in Pathanamthitta district. Starting his career as a banker, he built a strong foundation in the financial sector and earned a reputation for trust, integrity, and reliability.
In 2009, under the leadership of his son Binu V Pillai, the Group entered the hospitality industry. The Group's hospitality journey began with Parthasarathy Tourist Home in Kozhencherry and later expanded with Parthasarathy Residency in Pathanamthitta, a recognized midscale budget hotel appreciated for its warm hospitality, quality service, and memorable guest experiences. With over 17 years of hospitality experience, this journey has now reached its newest milestone: Parthasarathy Regency.
